Say Thanks To Tom

A few of you have contacted me asking how to send a thank you gift or bitcoins in appreciation of the time and money my plans have saved.

I do my best to make sure the plans I post online are as informative and easy to follow as possible. It takes quite a bit of time to make sure the plans fit the purpose, minimize the use of material to save money and can be built using tools the average DIY'er will have or can afford to buy, borrow or rent.

When a friend helps you out with a project like these beer and pizza is the usual "thank you" gesture but that's a little hard to send online. :)

I shop a lot on Amazon. You can send me an Amazon E-Mail Gift Card or send me a tip through PayPal using the email address  or by using this link https://www.paypal.me/TomBuildsStuff

If you want to send me BitCoin email me at the address above or use my contact form and I'll send you my wallet address.

If you'd like, leave your email address in the message. Also please note I can only use the gift cards from amazon.com, not any of the other countries.

You can choose any amount you'd like and it's something I'd appreciate and put to use.

Thank you to everyone that has sent me a gift. Feel free to use the email address to send me pictures of projects you've built from my plans as well.

Thank you,
Tom

I am designing a kitchen but didn't know how to undertake drawer construction and was going to get a pre-made drawer cabinet kit - all white MDF/ melamine finishes....YUK!
Your plans make it both simple, logical and [accepably] foolproof to undertake 'real' [plywood] drawer construction.

  41. Tom, that was the best explanation I have ever seen on this punch down block. The theory, description and pics are right on time. Thank you so much sir.

  42. On the panel carrier you described; my idea was almost identical with the exception of the wheels. I'm using large wheels with an axle bolt in each one, mounted on the back side. This is mainly because my wood supply is in another building, and I'll have to traverse a little rough ground. Large wheels might help on steps, though. Thx! GOD Bless

  48. Thanks for the info on building a server rack. One thing I am wondering tho is what is the best way to add cooling fans to the enclosed rack and how would they get powered? Something I don't really understand how it's done, as some of the fans people have used are basic pc case fans.

  52. Sadly disappointed. I was wanting to add a simple 24v transformer to a new thermostat so I could have a C wire. My furnace only had an r and w wire. If the transformer has 2 wires coming out of it, one wire gets connect to C. Where do you connect the other transformer wire so that it creates a circuit?
